Scope of the Journal. The journal publishes scientific articles on current issues of: theory and history of public administration; personnel policy; national security; public policy system of Ukraine; mechanisms of public administration; regional governance and local self-government; management in the field of state security and public order protection; ensuring the development of scientific and technical potential in the field of public administration. Separate sections also include reports, reviews, overviews, and information about scientific life.

Target Audience: the journal is intended for researchers, academic staff, postgraduate students and degree seekers, employees of public authorities and local self-government bodies, representatives of research institutions working in the field of public administration, public policy, and national security.

Open Access. The scientific journal follows the Open Access policy. All articles are published permanently and free of charge for reading immediately after the issue is released. Full-text real-time access to scientific articles is available on the official journal website in the Archives section.

The publication model follows the “Gold Route”, where publication costs are covered by the authors.

The publication ethics of the collection “Public Administration: Concepts, Paradigm, Development, Improvement” has been developed in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). In accordance with the generally recognized COPE standards, the journal strives to ensure democracy, fairness, and inclusiveness in its editorial policy and decision-making processes. All submitted articles are treated as strictly confidential, and each manuscript is evaluated solely on its academic merit, without bias regarding academic degrees, academic titles, institutional affiliation, or any other non-scientific factors.

Licensing Terms. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research that are not under consideration for publication in other journals or editions. All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of journal articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author.
