FEATURES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE HR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The article analyzes the main trends in the digitalization of the HR service, identifies the key opportunities and risks of introducing digital technologies into HR processes, and explores the relationship between digitalization and increasing the efficiency of HR functions. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on employee motivation and engagement, as these aspects are critical for the stable functioning of organizations. The author identifies changes in the technological landscape that require employees to master new skills and abilities, which emphasizes the need to use innovative methods of training, development and motivation of personnel.
The advantages and disadvantages of digitalization of the main HR functions in the context of organizations' activities are also considered. In particular, it is found that digital HR solutions allow preserving human resources and ensuring the resilience of organizations during economic shocks, such as the COVID-19 pandemic or military conflicts. The digitalization of HR management is a complex task that requires taking into account numerous factors of the internal and external environment. On the one hand, some digital tools are expensive and have a long payback period, which can make their implementation economically unprofitable in the short term. On the other hand, automation of HR processes helps to reduce the cost of paying HR employees and optimize workflows by reducing the time spent on routine tasks such as initial candidate selection, payroll, and competency testing.
Modern HR uses digital tools to create an environment for employees that helps to increase their efficiency and productivity. The experience of leading companies that successfully implement digital solutions in the HR function confirms their effectiveness. However, the process of implementing various digitalization methods and evaluating their effectiveness requires further research to maximize their potential.
