Open Access Policy

The collection “Public Administration: Concepts, Paradigm, Development, Improvement” adheres to the Open Access policy. All articles are published on the journal’s website immediately after the issue is released and remain available without any time restrictions. They are distributed through the national library system and are also preserved there in printed form. Full-text access to the journal articles is provided in real time on the official website of the journal in the Archives section.

Articles are published in open access. No subscription or payment for viewing articles is required.

This complies with the provisions of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The journal’s licensing policy is consistent with most open access and archiving policies.

The collection “Public Administration: Concepts, Paradigm, Development, Improvement” operates under the Creative Commons Attribution International CC BY License.

This allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite, or link to the full text of scientific articles published in this academic journal.

Additional copies of the publication are also stored in the repository of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine  and the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav.
