MECHANISM OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF LICENSING ACTIVITIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

The article highlights the peculiarities of functioning of the mechanisms of state management of licensing activities of law enforcement agencies. The structural elements of law enforcement in Ukraine are defined. Based on the analysis of national legislation, it is found that there is no clear list of law enforcement entities, while at the same time, the following state bodies or their subdivisions performing law enforcement functions can be considered law enforcement agencies in Ukraine, in particular, the prosecutor’s office, the National Police, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, bodies and institutions The author establishes that the bodies which belong to the structure of law enforcement agencies and which carry out licensing activities are the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The author highlights the peculiarities of licensing activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The author highlights the peculiarities of the procedure for entering information on licensing of a type of economic activity into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations. It is established that in all institutions, control over the licensee’s compliance with the requirements of the license conditions is carried out by the licensing authority in accordance with the procedure established by law, taking into account the information specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Economic Activities".
