Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of strategic documents developed for the purpose of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The authors consider the key political, economic and social initiatives designed to stabilize the situation in the country after military operations. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of implementation of these documents, the interaction of various branches of government, and the inclusion of civil society in the reconstruction process. Studies have shown that in defining strategic documents and approaches to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, it is important to take into account the past experience of the country. Efforts should be directed to the formation of socio-economic development, based on the maximum use of national resources and potential. Key measures for recovery include the creation of a national development strategy that strengthens statehood and focuses on national interests; management strategic documents that emphasize professionalism and competence; expanded external cooperation, including investment, technology and support; as well as the innovative and technological part, which involves the integration of science and industry based on modern technological principles. The need for documentary and nationwide consolidation of issues related to the interaction of national strategies and international support in the process of post-war economic recovery is emphasized; balance between state regulation and market principles; taking into account the positive experience of other states in the reconstruction of Ukraine; and effective use of international aid for the benefit of national interests. It has been proven that intellectual and scientific potential, as well as technological innovations and original organizational approaches should play a key role in achieving the goals of post-war reconstruction and be represented in strategic documents. The integration of Ukraine into the scientific community and the improvement of the quality and availability of strategic results are becoming important success factors in the process of post-war modernization and reconstruction. The components and features of documents related to post-war reconstruction require detailed consideration and analysis to ensure quality preparation for implementation.
