TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN COMPONENTS OF PUBLIC SERVICE: EXPERIENCE IN DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN PRACTICE

The precondition of the research is to structure the concept of "public service", to generalize the existing trends in the development of certain components of public service and to determine the place of civil service in the formation and organization of public service in Ukraine. Generalization of the main trends in the development of public service components of Ukraine and some foreign countries at the theoretical level will allow a more systematic consideration of this phenomenon. Research of public service and development of its concept in the conditions of political crisis, constant transformations of state institutions, redistribution of power requires a systematic approach, use of a strong methodological base, taking into account the interdisciplinary principle. The article is devoted to the generalization of different approaches to new trends in the development of certain components of public service and the place of civil service in its formation and organization in Ukraine. Foreign experience is considered.
