ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL ASPECTS OF MODERN TRAINING OF PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE MANAGERS IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

The article reveals the main principles and organizational and managerial aspects of modern training of professional leaders in the healthcare sector in the context of European integration with an emphasis on its modernization. The features of the current state of the system of professional training of managers in the sector in Ukraine and the ways of its further improvement, taking into account integration processes, are highlighted. It is emphasized that the appropriate training system must meet both industry needs, taking into account the dynamics of the domestic labor market, and modern conditions of integration into the international healthcare space, as well as a comprehensive approach to the formation of competencies of modern managers, the importance of their leadership qualities, which is aimed at building a modern, competitive, resource-efficient and investment-attractive healthcare system in the context of European integration.
The feasibility of introducing an integrated approach to training healthcare managers is substantiated, taking into account obtaining a «master’s» qualification level based on full higher education in any field of knowledge, D «Business, Law and Administration», which includes such specialties as «Management», «Public Administration and Administration», and «Law» for healthcare managers. At the same time, attention is focused on the feasibility of providing for the possibility of introducing a graduated system of training professional managers to work in the administrative apparatus of healthcare institutions.
The need to modernize the system of training professional leaders in the healthcare sector in the medium term, in accordance with international standards, to apply a comprehensive approach to the formation of competencies of modern managers, the importance of their leadership qualities, which will contribute to the construction of a modern, competitive, resource-efficient and investment-attractive healthcare system in the context of European integration, as well as ensuring the openness of the medical education system, which involves the creation of such educational programs that implement innovative approaches and learning technologies, contribute to the individualization of educational and professional training.
