STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF COMBAT PARTICIPANTS IN UKRAINE

The article reveals the features of the mental health of combatants as an object of state policy in the field of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants in Ukraine. Psychological and social protection is provided to persons who have one of the following statuses: participant in hostilities, persons with disabilities as a result of war; participant in the war; injured participant in the Revolution of Dignity; a family member of a deceased war veteran; a family member of the deceased (deceased) Defender or Defender of Ukraine. The basic concepts of the sphere of socio-psychological adaptation of participants in combat operations in Ukraine are revealed by the legislation of Ukraine. The organizational and legal foundations of state policy in the field of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants in Ukraine are characterized. The activities of subjects of state policy in the field of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants in Ukraine remain relevant. In particular, the activities of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, which is the central executive body ensuring the formation of state policy in the field of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants in Ukraine, are analyzed. His main activities in the areas of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants are revealed. The dynamics of the activities of centers for socio-psychological rehabilitation of the population and the MARTA project (Mental Adaptation and Rehabilitation Tools and Analysis from English – Tools for psychological adaptation and rehabilitation and their analysis) are analyzed.
