ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS AND IMPACT OF USING INDICATIVE PLANNING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

The article analyzes the results and highlights the impact of using indicative planning on the implementation of investment projects. It is established that indicative planning for the implementation of investment projects is an important tool for state regulation of investment development. It is found that the main purpose of indicative planning of investment development should be the formation and implementation of a set of analytical forecast documents, plans and programs that will ensure coordinated activities of all participants in the planning process to achieve the goals and objectives of investment projects. The article examines the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On State Support for Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine" and establishes that this document is aimed at facilitating the attraction of strategic investors to the Ukrainian economy, increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine, creating new high-paying jobs and enhancing competitiveness.
The article analyzes legislative changes concerning the State support of investment projects with significant investments in Ukraine and notes that the main objectives of such changes are to promote the attraction of domestic and foreign investment by simplifying the requirements for investment projects requiring significant investments, improving the forms of State support for the implementation of such projects and creating favorable conditions for attracting a wider range of investments, which will increase the number of investors, large investment projects and promote the development of the economy. The article establishes that industrial parks are an important mechanism for attracting investment in the Ukrainian economy. The peculiarities of insurance of investments in Ukraine against military risks are considered. The peculiarities of cooperation between public authorities and international financial institutions in the context of providing investment support to Ukraine are noted.
