Abstract

The article examines the current global trends in the formation of public administration and administration of the socialization of the economy in relation to five models of public administration: the Australian model of stabilization of the public administration system, the Swedish model of social protection of the population, the German model of separation of politics and administration, the Japanese model of decentralization and innovation, as well as the American model of the independent status of regions. On the basis of comparative analysis, the common features and differences of these models are singled out, as well as the patterns of their development, which can be implemented in the national system of public administration of Ukraine to increase efficiency and social justice. The implementation of foreign models into the national system of public management and administration of economic socialization is a necessary process that can bring significant benefits to the development of Ukraine. Here are some key aspects that underline the importance of this process: increasing the efficiency and transparency of management; social protection and inclusiveness; decentralization and local self-government; innovation and adaptability; increasing competitiveness; The implementation of foreign models of public administration and socialization of the economy can significantly improve the Ukrainian system of public administration. It also contributes to increasing the efficiency, transparency, social justice, and adaptability of state structures, which, in turn, can help create a stable and prosperous society. However, it is essential to remember that the implementation must be adapted to Ukraine's national characteristics and context, considering its unique history, culture, and socio-economic conditions.

The author considered the latest concepts that confirm the importance of studying foreign models of public administration for integrating their elements into the national system of Ukraine. Implementing effective global management practices, adaptation of innovative technologies, and decentralization of power can increase Ukrainian public administration's efficiency and the economy's socialization.
